The Waltz brillante in E-flat major, Op. 18, was composed by Frédéric Chopin in 1833. It was first published in 1834 and is Chopin’s first waltz composition for solo piano.
Most of the Chopin’s waltz works are remarkably different from Viennese waltzs.
